Great agency run by a friendly team! Was particularly useful during the conveyancing period, acting as channel of communication to the sellers, skirting around the lawyers when needed. Kept their word on no gazumping! Cheers 

Flat let to a perfect tenant within a week! Slight issue over wording of contract but that was easily sorted. All other aspects were A1.

I’m very happy I chose to go with Matthew and Sam at Truemans. They provide excellent service, used a great photographer to showcase my flat and had a fabulous turnaround of viewings. When they suggested an adjustment to the pricing strategy it absolutely worked and I sold at my full asking price. Follow up through to exchange was also attentive and sincere. I would definitely recommend them.
